About Me

Hi, I’m Aabhas – an IFBB/Canadian Physique Alliance Men’s Physique competitor and ACE-certified fitness coach with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

I started my journey back in university, where the gym became my sanctuary – a place to push limits, quiet the noise, and grow stronger inside and out. What began as passion turned into a lifestyle, leading me to win NPC shows, compete among the best, and guide others through their own transformations.

I don’t just change physiques—I change mindsets. I help people see fitness as a sustainable lifestyle, not a quick fix, and give them the tools to incorporate healthier habits for life. My approach blends real-world experience with science-backed programming, ensuring results that last, powered by structure, strategy, and relentless accountability.
