About Me Hi, I’m Aabhas – an IFBB/Canadian Physique Alliance Men’s Physique competitor, an ACE-certified fitness coach, My journey into fitness started back in university. While studying journalism, I discovered the gym—not just as a place to lift weights, but as a sanctuary. A place where I could test my limits, quiet the noise, and become better—physically and mentally—every single day. What started as a passion soon became a lifestyle. Over the last 10 years, I’ve transformed not just my body, but my mindset. Along the way, I’ve competed and won in NPC shows, earned the opportunity to step on stage among the best, and dedicated myself to helping others do the same. From brutal early mornings to late-night cardio sessions, I know what it means to grind when no one’s watching. As an ACE-certified fitness coach, I combine real-world experience with science-backed programming to help my clients unlock their full potential. I don’t believe in shortcuts. I believe in showing up, putting in the work, and building something that lasts—a body and a life you’re proud of.
